I would soften this highlight more than it currently is. Currently reads as too pixelated or like a spot on the skin instead of a highlight.

This might look less muddy if the browns in the shirt were given more of a warm/reddish hue.

The dark texture work in the rear of these earrings seems too black and reads as unfinished - I would lighten that up to be closer to the ivory color.
