This arched edge needs a support beam to make the structure feel more believable. Apply the same treatment to any other areas that would realistically require reinforcement. Also, make these support beams noticeably thicker so they contrast better with the thinner structural elements and add more visual variety.

wheels too thin and fragile looking, you can make them thicker/robust to make it believable it could support the whole carriage. Nice bat hole tho! really cool boolean.
